This is a full-on day of motorsport photography at the British Motocross Championships at the Canada Heights Circuit in Swanley, Kent.

Motocross is a fast, action-packed sport and full of colour, incident and pictures. Just outside London, the Canada Heights event is easily accessible and always draws large crowds. The track is located just a few minutes from J3 on the M25.

There is a busy programme throughout the day including six 25 minute Motocross races and a full practice session in the morning, allowing you to cover every part of the track.

The course will start at around 9:30am with me giving a full technical briefing to enable you to get the very best from your camera and lenses for the day's action. I will take you through all of your camera's settings and give you the very best advice on how to choose exactly the right autofocus options for shooting Motocross.

This is not a photo course that requires really long telephoto lenses as there are plenty of vantage points around the track for shorter lenses too. The course will finish at around 4pm.

My motorsport courses are very popular and the numbers allowed on this course are going to be strictly limited to enable me to spend as much one-to-one time as possible with each photographer. Please email me at  to book your place.

Images taken on this course are for personal use only and cannot be offered for sale or distributed in any way.
